Vince Matteo is a multisport coach, a F.I.S.T. certified bike fitter and a multiple-time ironman finisher whose recent accomplishments include numerous top ten age group finishes as well as qualifying for Kona. His blog focuses on the successes and failures of an elite-level age group triathlete and his passion for cooking.
